The room is spacious and warm with lots of natural sunlight and views into the garden area. It comes with a double bed, a roomy wardrobe (includes inbuilt shelves) and a bedside table and drawers. There’s room for a desk and a TV.

THE HOUSE

The house has: 2 toilets and 1 bathroom; a spacious living room with lots of natural sunlight which has adequate space for people requiring to work from
home; a Smart TV; bookshelf; fully equipped kitchen and also includes a garden area.

THE TENANTS

The flat consists of 3 males. One is from Aberdeen, Scotland and works in engineering. One is from Bergamo, Italy and works in the airline industry and the other is from Swansea, Wales and works in the supermarket industry. It’s a very sociable house with lovely people who like to go for drinks and socialise together when possible.
