Description
Desirable master double bedroom available in the heart of Ealing available August 1st. I am sadly moving back to Canada and therefore looking for someone to replace me in this beautiful house share in the heart of Ealing Broadway.
The area:
The house share is located just behind Ealing Broadway shopping centre and is a 5 minute walk to Ealing Broadway station (also the Elizabeth line once it opens completely). Travel from Ealing Broadway to central is only 36 minutes on the central line. You have a variety of shops such as Tesco, Morrisons and M&S along with your H&M, Primark and Decathleon as well. There are a variety of gyms, parks, cafes, pubs and restaurants within a 5 minute walk from the house.
The bedroom:
A master double bedroom located on the first floor and comes part furnished (only a bed/wardrobe/single futon and bookcase).
The house:
The house includes a communal living room for those days you want to sit down and watch a movie or show, a garden which we use throughout the summer for BBQs and planting veggies and a decent sized kitchen which includes a dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer also located on the property. Furthermore is a full sized bathroom on the first floor with a powder room on the ground floor.
The rent and bills:
The deposit for the house is £600 and rent is £975 inclusive of all bills (water, gas, council tax, wifi)
The housemates:
We are 3 housemates (two Irish lads and 1 American gal) who have lived in the house for many years. We enjoy watching movies together from time to time, having BBQ’s throughout the summer months, yet we respect each other’s privacy when we need some time alone. We enjoy a BBQ party throughout the summer and have gatherings from time to time. This is definitely not a house party every weekend.
Future housemate:
We are looking for a (preferable) female housemate who is ideally in their late 20s to mid 30’s, easy going, fun and is respectful. Please send us a message and we shall take it from there to set up the viewings!
