Super fast broadband. (Just been upgraded to a faster package with Virgin) Cleaner visits every second week for communal areas. . All bills included. Bathroom is shared with 2 others. Max of 4 people in the whole house.

4 bed house, 2 bathrooms. It is in a FANTASTIC location. 5 Minute walk from Ealing Broadway station. 2 minute walk to Ealing High Street, but located on a lovely residential road.
Eat in kitchen and a garden for those summer evenings.

Furniture in room: double bed, 3 door wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table. Large desk, Shelves on wall above desk . Extra storage in hallway if required.

This room will suit a clean, tidy and considerate professional. Sorry, no couples as the HMO license doesn't allow for this. This is a harmonious house where everyone pulls their weight, helping to keep the house clean and tidy.

One month's deposit and first months rent upfront.

Application fee: One weeks’ rent. This is refundable upon move in (or will come off first months’ rent)
