I am looking for a new flatmate to rent out the spare double bedroom i have in my flat in Ealing broadway. I am 24 currently working in Canary Wharf 3/4 days a week. I’m looking for a clean and easy going flatmate to move in from September 2024. The flat is newly renovated 2 bedroom flat with a large fully equipped kitchen, spacious living and dining area with a big flatscreen TV. There is also one large bathroom with 1 shower and a separate bath. The flat has communal garden space, but it is also a 2 min walk to ealing common and Walpole Park. It is a 6 minute walk to Ealing Broadway station and 11 minute walk to Ealing Common station, making it really convenient to travel into central london. Rent would be £900 a month, and we would then split bills every month. If you are interested please let me know, i would be more than happy to share more details!
