I am the owner looking to let it out for a fixed term of up to 2 months while away travelling. All bills (electricity & gas up to £200, water, internet, council tax - band D) are included.
There is no garden but there is a green space just in front outside and Ealing Common is 1 minute walk away. Commute to most parts of London is excellent, with access to Elizabeth, Central, Piccadilly and District lines only a 10 minute walk away.
The flat is 53 sq meters and spreads across the upper ground floor (living room + kitchen) and lower ground floor (bathroom and bedroom).
Looking for a single professional ideally, no pets.
