Unfortunately our 3rd flatmate is moving out. We are waiting for a new flatmate to fill our lovely and cosy single room in a clean, friendly shared flat, located in between Ealing Broadway and Ealing Common.

The room is available to rent from 11th January 2025. It is fully furnished, with a single bed, a 2-door wardrobe, bedside tables and chair. There is one shared bathroom, and a garden facing kitchen, living room and garden.

Rent: £620/month without bills (Council tax, electricity and gas, water; Approximately £110-130

/month)

*The room is single occupancy only.

There are 10 minutes walking to Ealing Broadway shopping centre as well as Ealing Common, easy to access to many amenities, including shops, restaurants and pubs/bars. There is a big park – Ealing Common located a minute away. Piccadilly, District and Elizabeth line are all within 10 minutes of the flat.

We all are professionals, and need to work in the office during the daytime. Therefore, we would like to have someone who also NO need to work from home. We are also looking for someone who is friendly and easy going, considerate, tidy and respectful.
