The rent is £866 per month, with bills not included 💰 Bills usually come to about £60-70 per person. To be eligible, we're looking for someone employed full-time or someone who can provide a guarantor. The deposit is £1000.
The flat is conveniently located in Zone 3, just a 6-minute walk from Ealing Broadway station (Central, Elizabeth, and District lines). 🚇 Additionally, it's only an 8-minute walk to North Ealing station (Piccadilly line).
There are lots of shops, cafes and restaurants in the area, a Tesco 6 minutes away and Ealing Broadway shopping centre 10 minutes away 🛒
