I’m looking for someone to replace me in this room as I am moving in to a new place with my girlfriend.

It’s a four bed top floor flat in a nice area. The current occupants are friendly and clean young professionals.

RENT:
Rent is £975 pcm plus £12 pcm for a fortnightly cleaner (totalling £987 pcm). ALL BILLS INCLUDED.

CONTRACT:
The contract is for 12 months with a 6 month break clause. The holding deposit is 1 week’s rent which is deducted from the first month’s rent, and there is a one time fee of £150 upon signing the contract for council tax.
