Urgently looking for a new future flatmate!

Hello there, I'm Laura, an Italian working professional who is looking to move in the next month.

Unfortunately the friend I was supposed to move with had a change of plans and won't be able to move with me in the property we initially put an offer.
The property is a lovely, quiet, ~50 sqm big 2 bed ground flat in a residential area sandwiched between Ealing Common and Ealing Broadway's amenities. Tax band is D (2000 per annum roughly), but the EPC rate is C, so you can expect the bills to be fairly low. Rooms are roughly the same size, the kitchen is separate from the living room, and the flat was in pristine conditions when I saw it a week ago. It's offered unfurnished, but the current tenants are looking to sell for very cheap their furniture, so happy to discuss what you'd like to keep if you need anything.
Me and my friend were in the midst of the referencing when the hiccup happened. We're still in the process. so I'm on a tight schedule and very much hoping to find an alternative flatmate asap. The sooner we chat and see if we vibe the right way, the higher are the chances we have that we can discuss with the agency to switch my friend out and redo references for a new tenant this week, w/c 8 July.

Good to know about me: I'm local to the area and in my freetime, I play boardgames, volunteer in a vegetable garden, and watch the odd series/movie. I like to cook (stereotype much!), I make a mean tiramisu, I have a 1.5yo trained, indoor Russian Blue mix cat who will be joining me in the property. He's a playful cuddlebug, you'll fall in love with his regality.
I'm looking for a new clean, friendly, quiet flatmate to nerd with make the most of Ealing with, and honestly make great memories with.
