Luxurious Double Bedroom - Ealing Broadway

Room:

A luxurious large double bedroom with high ceilings and two large windows overlooking the garden.

This room has ample storage room, and is fitted with a television & Firestick, a desk with swivel-chair and Apple display monitor. It also has a large fireplace (closed), comes with a set of keys to lock the bedroom door when you leave or if you want some extra safety / privacy. There are three sets of curtains - one blackout, one thermal and one linen. There is an electric mattress topper, and heater/fan as well as long hot water bottles in case you get cold easily (like me). There is also an electric drying rack and dehumidifier in the room as well as a yoga mat for those who want.

Property:

There are two shoes racks outside to store shoes, and a coat hanger to the left when entering the property. There is a large communal living room / dining room with a huge television screen, a 6-seater dining room table and two comfy sofas. It is a very spacious and bright apartment filled with natural light and plants. The only downside is that there is only one toilet & bathroom though it's fitted with a bathtub and separate shower & full body mirror.
Large kitchen fitted with washer (no dryer but rack available behind TV in living room), panini toaster, rice cooker, blender, electric whisks and hand blender, air fryer, microwave, electric hobs and oven. All cutlery and crockery is communal along with utensils etc. There are many cleaning products under the kitchen sink as well as a mop & broom by fridge. 1 small fridge to be shared for every two people. 1 tray in the freezer each. 1 kitchen cupboard for food storage per person. The garden is communal, and the property council tax band is E. Hot water and heating are on a timer, and we ask that this not be modified as it's been agreed on by the tenants.

Housemates:

Three sweet guys working in the creative entertainment sector who love food, watching movies and are fit and fun. They often play football together with groups in London, have movie nights, and cook together. They also enjoy reading and photography, and are from Italy, Spain and Brazil so speak Spanish, Portuguese and Italian individually.

House Rules:

Carpet throughout flat (not in Kitchen or Bathroom) - so no shoes allowed inside the flat.

This is a shared building so remaining quiet and respectful as a general rule of thumb in the stairways and in front of the property as well as respecting the neighbours and caring for the communal spaces including gardens when using them.

There are families and elderly people in the building, so please do not make too much noise after 11pm.

We are a friendly bunch of professional creatives and accept all nationalities, religion, sexual orientation, genders, professions, races and abilities (though no step-free access), No hate or violent behaviour will be tolerated whatsoever, and an immediate expulsion from the building will incur.

Cleaning-up after yourself and contributing to the overall maintenance and chores of the house e. g. emptying bins when full, cleaning your dishes and wiping down kitchen surfaces after use.

Before agreeing, we will organise a Zoom call for you to meet the guys to see if the vibe fits and to answer questions / give a virtual tour of the property.

P. S THE PHOTOS ARE AS LIVED IN TODAY NOT AS WILL BE AT TIME OF RENT - The room will be cleared of any clutter and general personal belongings to leave space for you to put your things.
