Room:

A luxurious large double bedroom with high ceilings and two large windows overlooking the garden.

This room has ample storage room, and is fitted with a television & Firestick, a desk with swivel-chair. It also has a large fireplace (closed). There are three sets of curtains - one blackout, one thermal and one linen.

Property:

There is a large communal living room / dining room with a huge television screen, a 6-seater dining room table and two comfy sofas. It is a very spacious and bright apartment filled with natural light and plants. The only downside is that there is only one toilet & bathroom though it's fitted with a bathtub and separate shower & full body mirror.

Large kitchen fitted with washer, and dryer - drying racks are also available behind TV in living room, panini toaster, rice cooker, blender, electric whisks and hand blender, air fryer, microwave, electric hobs and oven. All cutlery and crockery is communal along with utensils etc. The garden is communal, and the property council tax band is E (included in bills). Hot water and heating are on a timer, and we ask that this not be modified as it's been agreed on by the tenants.

Housemates:

Two sweet guys working in the creative entertainment sector who love food, watching movies and are fit and fun. They often play football together with groups in London, have movie nights, and cook together. They also enjoy reading and photography, and are from Ital/Brazil & Spain.

House Rules:

Carpet throughout flat (not in Kitchen or Bathroom) - so no shoes allowed inside the flat.

This is a shared building so remaining quiet and respectful as a general rule of thumb in the stairways and in front of the property as well as respecting the neighbours and caring for the communal spaces including gardens when using them.

There are families and elderly people in the building, so please do not make too much noise after 10:30pm.

We are a friendly bunch of professional creatives and accept all nationalities, religion, sexual orientation, genders, professions, races and abilities (though no step-free access), No hate or violent behaviour will be tolerated whatsoever, and an immediate expulsion from the building will incur.
