With a 8-minute walk from Ealing Broadway station (Elizabeth, central, district line and national rail), located in a quiet street, set on the second floor of a Victorian mansion. Our flat has access to a spacious front communal garden that is maintained by the landlord.
Professional and friendly housemates (2M/1F), who like to socialise (music, gym, pubbing, watching movies, exploring London etc), it’s very much a friendly flat family vibe - but not a party flat as we all work during the week. We’d like to keep the vibe of the flat this way, so if this sounds like a fit for you - please to drop us a message!
Important £ info: Rent - £850; Deposit - is £850 and will be used as the last month’s rent upon notice. Gas heating/ electric, Wifi, water, TV and all other bills are included within the rent and handled by the management company.
Move in date: start of Nov (around 2nd/3rd). Some terms regarding tenancy below:
-The new applicant must be in full-time employment.
- No couples or friends sharing the room.
- You will be required to pay 1 week's rent to reserve the room which would then be credited to the first month's rent once complete.
- The new flatmate will be required to make a one-off contribution to Council Tax of £150 upon signing the contract.
-There is a cleaning cost (£12) that you will be required to pay on top of rent each month. We have a bi-weekly cleaner to clean all communal areas of the flat.
- You will be entering into a new 12-month contract with a 6-month break.
-The usual process of first and last month's rent is payable once contracts are signed.
The management company may require references prior to moving in. Flat includes a double bedroom, a bathroom, living room (with cable tv), kitchen area and a large shared storage space (outwith room storage). Tenancy doesn't allow for pets sadly. For more into, please get in touch.
