-One is a lawyer (not the cat), and one is a full-time retail manager while studying for a computer science master’s degree
-The cat is neutered, healthy, gentle, not noisy, and very friendly and cuddly
-Our lifestyle:
-We enjoy sports and being close to nature
-Early risers who keep noise levels down and will not disturb your schedule
-We do not host parties and would prefer our roommate to also not host parties
-We value cleanliness and respect each other’s space

What We Are Looking For in a Roommate💫
-Occupancy: Only accepting one person; partners can stay occasionally but not on a regular basis
-No bringing strangers home
-Pets considered on a case-by-case basis
-Background: Preferably working professional with at least one year of residency in the UK and an annual income of at least £35k; students will be assessed on a case-by-case basis
