About the Flat
Our bright, comfortable flat comes fully equipped and ready for you to feel at home! The kitchen has all the essentials, including a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, kettle, and toaster. We’ve also got all the cookware, plates, and utensils you’ll need, plus a washing machine and cleaning supplies on hand to keep everything nice and tidy.

About the Room
• Spacious double room at £990 per month, all bills included
• Upfront payment of £1,485 (£990 first month's rent + £495 advance rent of the last month's rent)
• Final payment of £495 upon move-out
