Hi, I'm a 30 year old Engineer looking for a new flatmate as my current flatmate is moving to a different part of London. We're currently living in a great 2-bed flat in Ealing, and I'm looking for a similar like-minded professional flatmate to continue sharing it with!
**About the flat / room:**
- The flat is on the 2nd floor of a big converted house, located on a lovely & quiet road with beautiful street trees just 10 mins walk from Ealing Broadway on the Elizabeth line, and 5 minutes from North Ealing on the Piccadilly line.
- The flat is very spacious, with lovely high ceilings, lots of natural light making it feel light and airy, and a large open plan living space with a generous kitchen including breakfast bar.
- The room to let is a really good sized double bedroom, with a built-in wardrobe for storage. There's enough space to get a desk in the room as well to WFH if needed. You'd have primary use of the main bathroom as the other room has an ensuite.
- It's possible to get a permit for parking on the street if required.
- Start date is by 11th of Jan latest, but the room could be available sooner in mid December as my flatmate is flexible to move out ahead of the full notice period.
- Rent for the room is £1500 pcm (excl. bills).
**About me:**
- I'm a clean & tidy, considerate person, so it is important to me to share with someone with the same mindset (especially as I WFH full-time).
- I'm gregarious and sociable, like going out/to the pub and up for a laugh & good company. I'm hoping to find a flatmate to be friendly with (not just to be strangers living in the same flat!).
- In terms of interests, I like a number of sports incl. swimming, cycling, skiing, football, gym, squash, tennis... (though my fitness levels have never quite recovered to pre pandemic levels!). Currently looking forward to the ski season coming up, and planning one or two more trips in 2025 😃🎿
