Double room with en-suite next to Ealing Broadway

Hi, I’m living with a flatmate in a new build flat on the high street right next to Ealing Broadway station. My flatmate’s moving out in October, so his room is available. We’re on the 7th floor, and there’s a balcony, so the views are excellent. The flat is neat and spacious with furnishing. I’m open to you bringing your own furniture if you want to. There’s a small gym downstairs, but several gyms, shops, restaurants and pubs are minutes away in Ealing town centre.

Heating is included in the bills. There will be a deposit and a small fee to verify references and amend the contract that the landlord will confirm.
