I’m moving out of my lovely double room, and we’re looking for a female flatmate to start the tenancy from 25th July.

The flat is a spacious 2-bedroom ground-floor home, located in a quiet, green and safe neighbourhood in Ealing.

I’ll be taking my personal furniture (chest of drawers, table and mirror), so there’s room to add your own touch.

• Rent: £850 per month
• Council Tax: £104 per person/month

You will be sharing the flat with a friendly female professional working in education.
