The Room: Double bedroom has built in wardrobe space and is large enough to fit a desk (perfect for working from home) and some other furniture alongside the bed. There is an en-suite bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and large mirror. The window for this room is also a door that leads to the balcony. The room is part furnished so comes with the bed & mattress (both of which are only 1 year old, and were new when I moved in so in good & clean condition), and 1x set of tall drawers. The rest of the space is yours to customise with your own furniture. Available from the 17th of August 2025. Again note the room can only be filled by single female tenants, and males or couples will not be accepted.
The Flat: Our flat has a total of 2 bedrooms meaning there will be just the 2 of you in the flat. It is very spacious, with kitchen and open plan dining + living space. These are all yours to enjoy and share with Shamma. There is plenty of storage, and the sofa even reclines! All furniture in the communal spaces is the landlord's so is shared. There is also 1 parking space available to an assigned space, at no extra cost. There is cycle storage outside the building in the car park + access to store on the balcony. There is also a concierge for taking parcels & a gym underneath the building (not included in rent).
Flatmate: As mentioned Shamma already lives in the flat and is planning to stay for the foreseeable future. She is kind, generous, and tidy, and likes to cook, go to the gym and chill watching movies. We have lived together for nearly 2 years and I will be sad to leave her as we have always gotten along well and have a great balance of hanging out together but also respecting eachothers space & own schedules. I am leaving to go travelling across the world so sadly that is why the room needs to be filled!
Location: Our flat location is in between West Ealing and Ealing Broadway, around a 15 minute walk to both of these stations. Ealing Broadway is the best connected with 3 major tube lines going from it. Ealing Broadway is a busy and thriving area with an array of supermarkets, gyms, cinemas & restaurants.
Tenancy & Bills: If you are successful you will be joining a tenancy that is currently rolling until June 2026. This is an existing contract, so you would be replacing me within this. The rent is £1000 per month. Bills (council tax band E, electricity and internet) amount to to around £190 per month on average. You will be required to pay a tenancy deposit of £865.50 and pass relevant reference checks to ensure affordability of the property.
