Mon to Fri 3mins walk Ealing B'way station

I have a good sized single room in a quiet road, for a male whose home is outside London and too far to commute daily. It shares a bathroom with me and there is another separate loo.
The room is available Monday to Friday only.
This accommodation is not suitable for someone who needs to park their car nearby (it’s in Ealing Council Parking Zone A). Parking times are very restrictive because it’s so close to the station and permits are not available for tenants.
No smoking. I have BT infinity broadband. I have a cat, who is not allowed in the room. Bed linen is changed as required.
