Hello people of Spareroom!

We are looking to fill one double bedroom in our lovely 4-bedroom home in Ealing, as our flatmate is moving on! Looking for someone wanting to sign a one-year lease.


ABOUT THE FLAT:

The flat is just 5 minutes from Ealing Broadway station (Elizabeth, District and Central lines) and really well connected to shops and cafes in the area. There is a large living room that we like to hang out in and sometimes watch movies together, a recently remodeled kitchen, and two bathrooms (one of which was remodeled this summer!).

The house is unfurnished but has been filled by previous tenants over the years so there is a small deposit to contribute to the household stuff (£103).

ABOUT THE ROOM:

£775/month + bills (usually around £100-120/month depending on season, which includes council tax, energy, water, and internet)
Good size room with a walk-in closet! The room is currently furnished and the tenant is looking to sell their furniture (double bed, dresser, small table/tv stand - £120 for everything). This is optional and you can totally take the room unfurnished.

New lease begins 28th October, but there is possibility to move in even earlier!

ABOUT THE CURRENT FLATMATES YOU'D BE JOINING:

The remaining 3 flatmates are actors and artists working in theatre and film, as well as working other jobs full-time, in their 30s. We would love a peaceful home where we are all friends and like to hang out together, but also deeply value our private alone time. We’d love someone who is super chill and easy to get along with, and who helps keep our shared spaces clean and tidy. We all work A LOT so we appreciate a calm, quiet house most of the time but are fine with the occasional guest as long as they’re respectful and cool. We're all veggie/vegan and would love if you were too!

Must be open-minded, LGBTQIA friendly and a non-smoker.

NITTY GRITTY STUFF:
- We are looking for people wanting to sign a one-year lease, which begins 28th October.
- Applicant must make a minimum of £24k/year - unfortunately this is set by the letting agency and is non-negotiable, and the applicant must be willing to submit financial info for referencing to the letting agency.
- What you would need up front: first month of rent + bills, deposit (£500, paid to tenants currently leaving to take their place on the deposit scheme), household stuff deposit (£103) and payment for furniture if taking (£120).
- No couples, sorry :o(
- No students in accordance with the landlord
