For A Cat-Lover: Room In A Beautiful Ealing Flat

This is a unique opportunity for a beautiful accommodation in the heart of Ealing (6min walk from Ealing Broadway tube station) - at a reasonable rent - in return for looking after our 2 lovely cats. This is a two bedroom garden flat - but we lock our room when we are away - and you will have solo use (80% of the time) of the rest of the flat - one bedroom, kitchen/lounge, bathroom and garden (we spend lots of time abroad and only visit occasionally).

This will suite a professional (not a couple or a student) - MUST be a cat lover and good with cats. Our cats are quite self-sufficient (we have electronic food feeder) but they are very affectionate and love company - so preferably we want someone who is not out of the house most of the time.

Rent £950 per month including bills (plus deposit)
Minimum stay - 3 months

References required (previous landlords and employer). Available from 1st December (you can move in on Sunday 30th if more convenient).

We are leaving on 2nd December - so (because of our cats) we need someone who can move in by 1st December.
