I have a sunny room available in a quiet road for a male whose home is outside London and too far to commute daily. The room is available Monday to Friday only. It has an ensuite bath/shower and sink. There is no loo, but there are three separate loos in this four-story house.
This accommodation is not suitable for someone who needs to park their car nearby (it’s in Ealing Council Parking Zone A). Parking times are very restrictive because it’s so close to the station and permits are not available for tenants.
A late evening, after 9pm Sunday start is fine. No smoking or vaping, a modest rather than enthusiastic cook. I have BT high-speed infinity broadband. I have a cat, who is not allowed in the room. Bed linen is changed as required.
