Hi everyone, we are looking for a third flatmate for a lovely 3-bed flat in Ealing broadway.

It is a newly refurbished Victorian house conversion, moments away from Ealing broadway station (Elizabeth to central in 15 minutes, also Central, District lines).

The place is lovely - with high ceiling, a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen l, 2 full bathrooms with shower over baths and shared access to rear garden.

It is a safe and green area with great amenities around, including shops, gyms, parks etc.

Your room will be on the top floor - the only bedroom on that floor, as the other room on that floor will be used as an office by another flatmate.

The room has a double bed, and lots of storage space, with access to both bathrooms or exclusive use of the top-floor bathroom can be negotiated.

About flatmates: we are 2 girls aged 24-25 working full time in management consulting and health consulting. Into sports and peaceful, mindful living - one of us is vegan.

Looking to create a peaceful and friendly environment, and a place that would feel like home. We are not looking to host parties till 3am but are into dinner parties and game nights and would love to be friends with the new flatmate.

About you: 21-30 working full time preferably outside of the house, as the other 2 flatmates wfh.

The contract will be 12 months from around 23th January. It is done through an agency, so if you are international - right to rent share code will be required apart from standard references
Price 900 per month + bills
