Spacious room with Ensuite in Ealing Broadway

I'm moving across London and looking for someone to take my room for the remainder of our contract, which ends in May. You can of course choose to stay longer if you'd like to renew. I've lived in this room for five years, and I'm so sad to leave it, it's amazing! It's spacious, well located, just a five minute walk from Ealing Broadway station (Elizabeth, Central, District lines) and a 12 minute walk from Ealing common station (Piccadilly, district lines).

There are loads of parks nearby, it's a 30 second walk from the nearest pub and corner shop. It's on a quiet road right off of the main street so it's private but still well connected. This room has a private bathroom with a shower that has dual showerhead, one being a rainfall showerhead. The room will have the bed included and the wardrobe, but I'll take the rest of the pictured furniture with me when I move. The living room and kitchen are both very large, with a big bay window in the living room that is gorgeous in the summer time with the willow tree out front. We have a couch that pulls out into a full sized bed in the living room as well, which is perfect for hosting guests. The flat is on the second floor but has a balcony and steps that lead down to a really big communal garden (though no one is really ever down there so it feels private).

The two existing flatmates are girls in their mid twenties, one working in marketing and one is an actress. The house is a relaxed, calm space.
