Detached share house set back from traffic in leaf

Hello…

I am the live out landlady looking for someone to share a detached, 2 double bedroomed house (built in 1890, it was the original coach house to the main big house next door) on Montpelier Road. The house is set back from the road with a large driveway - and the available double bedroom is at the back of the house with lovely views and very quiet. There is a garden for your use - a lovely peaceful area surrounded by trees and wildlife to make use of in better weather! :) There is also one off road parking space for your sole use.

The present occupant ‘does’ wfh a couple of days each week - so it is a ‘necessity’ that you DO NOT wfh. I have made an adjustment and lowered the rent to take this into consideration. Please do not contact me if you ‘do not’ go out to work, 5 days a week. Of course there will be exceptions to the rule.

The house is cleaned/serviced once a week.

The bedroom is average in size, not huge, so if you have tons of stuff this place probably won’t suit you. The double bed has built in storage space.
