You’ll be sharing with three lovely girls in their late 20s - early 30s, all professionals. The flat has a relaxed, homely vibe and evenings often involve chatting over a glass of wine or watching Netflix, while still being respectful of each other’s space and routines.

The flat is set within a very safe, friendly, gated community, with fantastic FREE on-site facilities, including:

• The room is available immediately from 14th February
• Move-in date is flexible, subject to successful referencing
• Referencing is conducted via OpenRent and typically takes a few days once required documents are submitted (valid photo ID and proof of income required)
• A holding fee will be required to secure the room while referencing is completed
• Unfortunately not suitable for someone working from home full time
• Guests are welcome (friends/family/partners), always communicated and respectful of shared spaces
• No pets or smokers, please
• Professionals only (the landlord does not accept students)
• Cleaning is shared — we’re looking for someone tidy who helps maintain a good standard of cleanliness
