The household is made up of hard-working professionals who enjoy a relaxed, homely atmosphere. Evenings often involve chatting over a glass of wine or watching the latest Netflix drama, while still being respectful of each other’s space and day-to-day routines.

The flat is set within a secure, gated community that feels very safe, friendly, and welcoming. Tenants benefit from fantastic on-site facilities, all free to use, including:

• Spacious clubhouse with kitchen, toilets, and a games room

The Flat
• Spacious shared living area with TV and dining table
• Small but well-equipped kitchen with all cooking facilities and utensils
• Shared bathroom with separate bath and shower

Household Notes
• Two of the girls work from home part-time, so the flat wouldn’t suit someone looking to WFH full-time
→ Office-based or part-time WFH would be ideal
• As it’s a shared space, friends/family/partners can stay occasionally, but this is always communicated and kept respectful of shared areas
• No pets or smokers, please
• Professionals only — unfortunately the landlord does not accept students
• Referencing required via the agency (proof of income and deposit needed)
• Cleaning is a shared responsibility — we’re looking for someone tidy who can help maintain a good standard of cleanliness in a 4-person household

• £860 per calendar month

• Deposit: £1,040 (this reflects the original deposit paid when I moved in)
