The room has its own bathroom and is exceptionally spacious with ample room for a bed, desk, office chair, and additional storage as well which makes it ideal for someone who works from home or wants both comfort and space.
The property has a spacious modern kitchen with plenty of storage, which is great for cooking, hanging out, and catching up with housemates. Just off the kitchen there’s a really handy utility room with a washer and dryer (included, no extra cost).
There’s also an extra bathroom on the same floor, so if you’re already downstairs you don’t have to trek back up. The kitchen opens out through sliding doors onto a garden/patio and we already make the most of it in the summer with BBQs :)
The house is clean, well-kept and designed for easy living, with a practical layout and a welcoming atmosphere throughout. We have a cleaner that comes in every two weeks and this is organised by the property management company and the cost is included in the price of the room.
My current contract runs until 13th June 2026, but I’m planning to move out in the first week of May. The new tenant would take over my tenancy for the remaining period and then have the option to renew for a further year with the management company once the contract ends.
The management company has a referencing process, so I will hand over your details to the renewals team along with your agreed move in date and they will take it from there.
