We’ve got a double room in a 3 bed 2 bathroom flat 10 minute walk from Ealing Broadway station. The flat is super modern and newly renovated. We’re two friends trying to find a third person- we would be moving in around the same time as you 😊

THE HOUSEHOLD:
- Penny, 26. I’m a research assistant working in White City. I play football once a week and on weekends I’m usually on a Thames path walk, playing tennis with friends or exploring London.
- Josh, 25. Recently started a job in engineering nearby. Into running, cycling, and a bit of tennis.

Hoping to have a friendly, calm, tidy household where we can catch up in the evenings while cooking, more friends than strangers.

DETAILS:
Rent is £1000 each, with a standard security deposit of 5 weeks rent and a week’s holding deposit which would come off your first months rent.

This property is ready to move in on the 4th July onwards. We ideally want someone who is ready to pass referencing and can sign pretty soon as possible. We’d want to have a FaceTime to see if you’d fit, and you can view the property and meet the agent.
