This arrangement constitutes a tenant swap/exchange with the current contract dated till 17Jun27. Due to a change in circumstances I will be leaving but you’ll be in good hands with a class flatmate and long time friend of mine.

Ealing Broadway station is just <10 min walk away with access to Elizabeth, District, and Central lines. Major supermarkets, shopping chains, and Walpole park are all close at hand.

This would suit a professional commuting to Central & East London (~30min to Whitechapel) and with plenty of space to work from home otherwise. We’re looking for adult professionals who are both responsible and relaxed.
