Relaxed flatshare - 2 min walk to Ealing Broadway

Friendly, laid back, tidy, professional, flat mates required, to replace our flat mate Elodie.

The room is available from the 16th November and the room is a double with great storage in form of built in wardrobe as well

In terms of flatmates, we are an easy going bunch and one of us is only here 1 or 2 nights a week so there is plenty of room in the flat. When people are around, we do like to watch telly together or just generally catch up over a tea / coffee / beer / wine etc so if you prefer to spend most of your time at home with company then this flat is for you, though of course we respect each other's privacy/ alone time.

The flat is just 200 yards from Ealing Broadway station with direct links to central London on the District, Central lines as well as the amazing new Elizabeth line to Central London or out to reading to Heathrow. Ealing Common station is also just 10 minutes walk away.

All the bars, restaurants, shops etc on your doorstep but the flat itself is really quiet being a top floor (1st floor) flat in a cul de sac.

The flat has a really large lounge with a couple of sofas and a good sized kitchen / diner which has all the mod cons required – dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc. We also have unlimited internet and a Virgin Media Tivo box.

In terms of the costs, it is all included in rent so no need to worry about splitting bills or any unexpected expenses!
