Female Student Host Home - Bills included

This is a host family household, only for female, animal loving students

From 10th August 2015, we have one large double/king size room available for single or double occupancy.
This room has a double bed and a singled bed, TV and sky box for your personal use, a full length mirror, central heating and Wardrobe. The price of the room is £200 per week.

All our rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Bedding is included and the weekly rental amounts include all bills: gas, electric, water, wifi, tv, toilet paper, cleaning materials and clothes washing detergent.

This is a very friendly, clean and relaxed student host family environment, which offers short term accommodation to national and international student, who maybe in search of a positive, supportive environment or home away from home, whilst they study or complete internships in the UK.

The house is ideally located in an excellent part of west London, Ealing, and is just a two minute walk from Ealing broadway tube station. Transport into Central London takes approximately 25 minutes and trains and buses are very frequent and numerous. We are also just a minutes walk from the town centre, where all the shops, bars and restaurants are located and just another two minutes from West London University and the Met school of film. The house itself is situated on a quiet leafy, residential, victorian, road just behind the Ealing Broadway shopping centre.

This is a non smoking, animal friendly home and there are two very friendly, very loved, labrador dogs and three equally friendly and loved cats that live here, whom are always available for cuddles. The animals do not enter your bedroom unless you invite them, however, any potential lodger, must be an animal lover.

Amenities: there is a very well equipped kitchen diner for your use. This has a washer dryer, cooker and oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. All washing up liquid, cleaning materials, clothes washing detergent are included in the rent, so you will only need to buy your own food and personal toiletries. Toilet paper and bathroom cleaning supplies are also included in the rent.

We do ask that you keep your room clean and change the bedding weekly, a spare set will be provide to you, along with pillows and a quilt. We also ask that you keep the communal areas clean, and tidy up after yourself. The house cleaning is shared by us all and we split agreed duties, that we usually do all together on Sunday, so that the house is nice and clean for the week ahead.

We are still decorating some parts of the house, but your room is ready to move into straight away.
