I am a current flatmate moving out at the end of the month to live with mates. I took on a one year agreement in January so there are 4 months left after which you can renew it.

There are two girls living with me at the moment, a 22 year old teacher from Wales called Holly and 24 year old marketing executive from Liverpool called Ria. Literally never had a problem with morning shower issues. Both tidy friendly girls.

The flat is a gorgeous hotel-style flat in a purpose built building with high ceilings and large airy rooms. It is on the third floor, and there is a fully functional lift.

It was completely renovated to a high standard in January, and has a really nice view of Haven Green from the living room.

The room you would be getting has a double bed, wardrobe, desk with drawers, bedside table, and the landlord said I could have a chest of drawers as well but I didn't need one. There's two drawers under the bed too.

Very, very close to the station, literally 100-150m from the front door. If you have a car, there is a parking space available and I will hand over my permit - it is off the road in the flat's gated car park.

The flat has three bedrooms, a large living room, 1. 5 bathrooms, cloakroom, kitchen, rubbish schute so you don't have to take out bins, and a laundry/spare room next to the kitchen. It's also got a huge entrance area that we feel like we are wasting by not doing more with it..

On the opposite side of the green there is a lively club and several pubs that are pretty decent to spend an evening (Red Rooms, North Star). There is a busy high street and shopping centre with all the usual brands less than 5 minutes walk from the front door. Really nice looking area, very safe too. There's a Tesco and loads of restaurants 50m from the front door, and salons next to those.

Really great flat in a great area with loads around it.

Ealing Broadway is the nearest station, served by the Central and District lines along with National Rail services. Easy to get out to the M25, M3 and M4 from here as well.

Rent is £750/month which includes heating, electricity, water, etc - only things that aren't included are internet and council tax which come to £70 per person per month.
