The building is located just 2minutes walk to the shopping centre, which has many shop (primark, river island, tesco, poundland, h&m, new look). I am currently in the studio but hoping to move out by january, and looking for someone to take over my tenancy.

The price includes all bills and tax, high speed internet, and free content insurance, so no need to worry about costly bills at the end of each month.
The studio is part furnished, so has a small double bed, own private kitchenette, private bathroom, desk and chair, and storage.

The tenancy is till september, and you can stay in the same studio for the next year if you want.

you have a common living room in the building to socialise, play ps4 or wii, watch TV etc...
