Spacious double bedroom ideal for couple

Hi everyone,

My girlfriend and I have an offer in for a lovely 2 bedroom house on a quiet street in Ealing Broadway and are looking for a friendly couple to take on the second bedroom to share the costs. Some info below!

The house: Large 2 bedroom ground floor flat with own entrance. Spacious bedroom with furniture included if necessary (new bed/mattress/wardrobe/chest of drawers) but can be removed if you want to bring your own stuff. Brand new bathroom which you would pretty much have to yourself as we have a small ensuite toilet and shower in our room. Large living room with glass doors opening on to our own private garden/patio. Modern adjacent kitchen with all of the mod cons. Private parking space at the rear if you have a car. As always, the photos don't do the place justice, so viewing recommended.

Location: 4 minute walk to North Ealing station for the Piccadilly line into the west end/central London and an 8 minute walk to Ealing Broadway station for District, Central and National Rail lines (Paddington in 9 minutes). Night buses stop at Ealing Broadway as well.

About us: I (Scott) am 30 and from Scotland, currently working as a Vascular Technologist at UCL. My girlfriend (Aga) is 28, from Poland, and the AGM at a local gastropub. We're a nice sociable couple (we think so anyway) who are looking for similar people to share a house with (people who are happy to have a drink and a chat from time to time as opposed to just passing in the hallway).

About you: Apart from being decent human beings, the only thing we ask of you is that you are employed, otherwise you may not pass referencing.
