Very victoriana, NOT sleek and modern. Residents' parking (permit required (you pay) but until it arrives, we can sort something out, & always you can use driveway, for loading /emergencies).

This cottage is attached to landlords d/fronted house (and tucked away , from the quiet 20mph road) own entrance :use of garden possible, we're ok about that. Not suitable for huge parties late into the night. It's pretty quiet around here
