Not too close to the main road or trains to be noisy, but not far enough to be a pain to walk. We're opposite the police station and on the 4th floor, so pretty safe. Viewings recommended and available on short notice. We have a dishwasher and washer-dryer as well.

Couple living in other room. We're pretty laid back and quiet people, easy to get along with so long as you're not a mad party animal (or at least don't bring a rave home). Private landlord, so no fees. Vegetarians/vegans preferred!
