The flat is a 2 bedroom apartment located approx 10mins from Ealing Broadway station. During COVID, we renovated the flat down from a 3 bedroom flat to allow for work-from-home office space. Thus the cost of the flat is to allow for a slightly more spacious 2 bedroom setting with space for a separate home office :)

Over the past 6.5 years, the flat has been inhabited by myself (son of Landlord and Chief Tenant) and a friend. I am moving to New York at the end of March 2022 and looking to re-rent my room. My current tenant will become the Chief Tenant and look after any immediate requirements. Dan is 28 years old and a senior employee at Heathrow Airport, where he has worked for the past 7 years.

The flat is fully furnished and in the past 12 months I have renovated the available bedroom with a new Double Bed and bedframe, bedside tables/lamps, dressing table and chest of drawers and a tall 3 door cupboard. There is also a chair and ottoman storage unit.

In the living room, I also mounted a new 55" Samsung TV and we currently have Sky Q (with BT/Sky Sports), Netflix/Amazon Prime, etc. The Living room consists of a 3 person sofa, armchair and ottoman leg rest, side table/lamp, book shelf and a beautiful new coffee table. In the dining room, there is a 6 person dining table, 2 door liquor cabinet, and a 5 drawer dining room pantry table (that I use for my coffee/bar).

Both me and my current tenant are avid cooks and so the Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, cutlery. Our Gas Boiler provides unlimited hot water and heating where required.

The flat has a large bathroom and separate toilet. My flatmate and I have never had any issues with shower schedules. The flat also has a newly renovated balcony and 2 small rooms for storage.

I currently have my own home office furniture in the spare room but will likely be taking this with me to New York. But the room is available for use alongside the existing tenant.

There is street parking available and a permit is required via the Council.

I am looking for a clean, reliable, new tenant for 12 months (6 months break clause, 3 months notice). The flat is available for viewing anytime with the right notice. Reference and credit check will be required.

Please note, the current 2 bedroom (down from 3 bedroom) arrangement is exclusive of Council Tax and Utilities, and will be maintained by the existing tenant.
