Cozy Room with Huge Garden

Hi all,

I am moving to a new place and looking for someone to take over my room. I will be moving on the 8th May, so the room would be available late afternoon/evening the same day, in case you prefer to move on a Sunday.

It is a cozy room with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and a bedside table.
The room is on the first floor and overlooks the garden, so it is very quiet.

The room is right next to the bathroom which is quite handy in the mornings.

The kitchen is humongous and also has a section with a dinning table. It has 2 fridges and via the winter garden you can access the garden.

There is also a washing machine and dryer available.

It is a huge house with lots of people, some very social, some less, so depending what you are looking for you can go with either or.

The house is only a couple minutes away from Eadling Broadway Station and close to all the shops.

It is 600 GBP, all bills included, except internet. The costs for the internet are shared between everyone.
