My current flat mate is moving out as she has bought a property locally. I’m an easy going professional that works normal hours in the city. The flat is big enough to have your own space but also has nice shared living room with TV, broadband, Netflix, Apple TV and Blue-ray.

As you’ll find in most of these ads, I am happy to chill and chat most evenings and have a drink on the weekends but also happy to keep to myself if you are more of a private person.

Rent is £650pcm + 6 weeks deposit. Bills are split between us monthly.
