Description
Our current flatmate is returning to Australia mid/late August and we’re now looking for a new female flatmate to take over her very nice double bedroom, and share a large apartment in Ealing Common with us: me (Antoine) and my partner Sanne.
We are both creative professionals and have lived here 10 years now. We love the place.
The house is located in a quiet tree-lined street, 2 minutes walk to Ealing Common Station (Piccadilly line/District line) and a 1 minute walk from Sainsbury’s, Starbucks, Japanese organic supermarket, restaurants, etc. The house is also a 15 minutes walk (or a 5 minutes bus/tube ride) to Ealing Broadway station (Elizabeth line, Central line)
The apartment is very well equipped with a fridge, electric oven, 5 pit gas cooker, separate freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, washer/dryer, combi boiler/central heating, bath/shower, and a large garden with garden pool and bbq.
All bills are included in the rent: Fast broadband (300Mbps), water, gas, electricity, tv license and council tax.
The room available is a quiet double room with natural light, dimmable ceiling lights, wooden floors, a double bed with bedside table and light, a desk with chair, a large wardrobe cabinet, a fireplace and a large mirror.
The shared spaces are the lobby/reception, the garden, the bathroom and the large kitchen (see pictures).
We are looking for a vibrant, friendly and independent female full time professional to move in with us.
