After nearly 3 years in this gorgeous flat I am *very reluctantly* looking for someone new to take over the contract. My current flatmates have become more like friends than flatmates and would be looking for someone to match that vibe. The house itself is amazing and for London, the rent has been beyond reasonable for what the flat actually offers. Our landlord is also exceptional and we have had no problems since we have lived here.

Move in date is strictly 8th July as this is when the rent and deposit needs to be paid to the landlord.
