Description
Hi,
I have an extra large double room available in my new home, which is in a great location on a very pretty and quiet street in Ealing Common less than 1 minute walk from the tube station, served by two lines.
The room is at the front of a beautiful Edwardian conversion and with a large bay window looking out on the the street. The room contains a king-size bed with luxury memory foam mattress, two large and two small chests of drawers and an open wardrobe. There is a communal kitchen/dining area and bathroom which will be shared with two other people.
The rent is inclusive of bills including superfast broadband, utilities, council tax and fortnightly cleaning of the communal areas. Cleaning of your room can be added for a small additional cost.
The house is located less than 1 minute from Ealing Common tube station, with access to the Piccadilly and District lines and one stop from Ealing Broadway which also has the new and fast Elizabeth line and the Central Line which is 24hrs on a weekend. You can get to the west end in 20 minutes.
Ealing Common itself is a 3 minute walk and provides a lovely green space to enjoy. There are other parks nearby in both Ealing and Acton.
I am a gay man and so am looking for people who are either from or are allies to the LGBTQ+ community. I'm an accountant and tend to work quite long hours but enjoy travel, socialising with friends and going to the gym in my spare time.
The flat is shared with two other guys, one of whom has a beautiful corgi-cross dog who is very docile and quiet but also very
affectionate and loves to play. I have a separate space upstairs with my own bathroom and kitchen so you won’t see a huge amount of me.
I am ideally looking for somebody who is clean and tidy and relatively chilled as I'm not intending it to be a big party flat. I'm very happy for people to have guests (partners, friends etc) over though. Somebody who is also sociable and open to having the odd flat meal out or activity together would be nice but not essential.
More pics to follow shortly but feel free to message with any enquiries in the meantime.
Cheers
Laurence
