Rent is £650 per month plus bills. Bills usually come around £150-180 per month/person (lower in summer).

5-minute walk to Ealing Common tube station (Piccadilly and District Lines)
15-minute walk to Ealing Broadway (Elizabeth Line, Central and District Lines, National Rail services).

There is a shopping centre in Ealing Broadway with all the normal high street stores and a selection of gyms. Also, there are plenty of bars and restaurants and a 7am-11pm Sainsbury's near Ealing Common Station. The Common is next to the house which is great in the summer.

Zone 3

The flat is currently shared by two professionals looking for a third person (non-smoker). We live busy lives during the week but are also happy to have a chat in the kitchen whilst cooking, having a glass of wine, etc.

Move in date is ideally from the first week of February 2026.
