Room to Rent in Friendly Flatshare

Sadly, one of our housemates is leaving at the end of October and we now have a room available. We’re looking for a friendly female to join our flat.

Our flat has 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a separate toilet and a shared kitchen and is located less than 2 minutes walk from Ealing Common tube station and a 10-15 minute walk to Ealing Broadway.

The bedroom is one of the larger rooms in the house located at the front of the property facing out on to the Main Street and will be available from 27th October 2024. The mattress and all other furniture except for the bed frame belongs to the current tenant and will be taken with them when they leave, you will therefore need to bring a mattress with you and any other items of furniture you may need. However the room has ample built in storage.

Your Potential Housemates
Current residents are two professional females and one male, one is an engineer originally from Italy, one is a pottery teacher from New Zealand and the other works in IT and is originally from just outside of London. All three are friendly, tidy and considerate.
We are a sociable household but we also respect each others space.

We also have a cleaner that comes every two weeks to take care of the crappy jobs (excuse the pun) such as the bathrooms and mopping the floors and we all work together when it comes to keeping all other aspects of the flat clean and tidy.

In terms of bills, we pay a set amount each month for internet, gas, electric and council tax, we also get a water bill twice a year.
