Large double, spacious house, close amenities

Regrettably listing my room so that I can move to the other side of London for work.

Set in a leafy street just off Ealing Common high street you get the best of both. Top of the street ( 2 minutes walking) you have Sainsbury Local, Coffee Shops as well as other small stores. Here you also have buses every 5 minutes to Ealing Broadway/Uxbridge and Shepherds Bush in the other direction. As well as both the Piccadilly and District Lines too!
A large common is also only a five minute walk.

The area of Ealing Common is lovely and quiet area and genuinely would love to stay around here if it was not for the commute time to East London.

Located on the ground floor, the room is a large sized double. It comes furnished with a comfy double bed, a bedside, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, glass table and also desk and chair. Plus more than enough space for anything of your own to be added into the room!

The house has 7 other rooms (which makes a total of 8 people). But because everyone has their own schedules you honestly sometimes feel you have your own house! Because the kitchen is so big, 3 people using it would not even be crowded! (Although i have never shared the kitchen with more than one person in the year I have been here). Some of us housemates also cook together 2-3 times a week!

The dining and lounge space are also super spacious and comfortable and sees us sporadically having housemate movie nights.

On top of this there's a separate utility room which benefits from both a washing machine and separate dryer. Also, Off-street parking (parking on the drive way) is available at £50 per month.

Internet here is included and never had any issues. I work from home one day per week and some other housemates full time.

The room total cost is £1050pcm including bills.
