I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a beautiful semidetached house in Ealing Common, due to personal circumstances I'm having to move out early. The house is situated in a quiet residential area only a couple of minutes’ walk from Ealing Common Park.

The house is quiet and friendly, although there are 8 people in the house it never feels crowded due to different work schedules.

The room is a big with plenty of storage space in a big double wardrobe as well as under bed storage (ottoman bed). Big windows mean it gets plenty of light throughout the day. As well as the wardrobe and bed the room comes with 2 bedside tables. (the desk, chair, desk chair are mine)

The house has a large living room and kitchen which are both well sourced. The kitchen has everything that you will need from cutlery to pots and pans.

15-minute walk from Ealing Broadway and the Elizabeth line
10-minute walk from Ealing Common – piccadilly line and district line

Rent is £1000 pounds a month and this is inclusive of all bills and amenities. This includes a cleaner once a week and a gardener when needed. There is also a one off fee of £150 contribution towards the council tax.

There is no deposit but you would pay your last months rent upfront..

You would have two options. You can take over the contract till Oct 4th and there is then an option to extend for a further 12 months. Or if you would prefer you can start a new 12 month tenancy immediately.
