Located on the ground floor, this spacious single room/small double comes furnished with a single bed (with storage underneath), a large 1.2 meter wardrobe with both hanging and shelving space and there's also a desk, on top of this there is still space for another piece of the furniture such as a chest of drawers.

- We always reference our tenants, they will need to be able to provide proof of income, landlord reference and pass a credit check.

- To secure the room they would need to pay a holding deposit equal to one week of rent. Please note that the preliminary payment is non-refundable in the event that they decide to pull out of the process at any point. The preliminary payment secures the room for 1 week and therefore the referencing and progression process will need to be completed within a week of securing the room and at the end of that week, they will need to pay the remaining which goes toward the final month rent. Before moving into the property, they will need to pay the full month rent and the council tax contributions.

Billing date runs from the 5th of the month to the 4th of the following month, so if the move before or after the 5th, the pro-rata will be calculated and to be paid on the following 5th of the month.
