Spacious and bright bedroom close to Ealing Common

We’re looking for a new flatmate to take over a cosy double bedroom in our friendly shared flat.

About the flat:
The room is in a first-floor flat towards the end of a quiet cut-de-sac off Uxbridge road. It is furnished with a bed, 2 wardrobes, drawers and a bedside table. The flat has a good-sized kitchen and two bathrooms, as well as a hallway with plenty of space for drying laundry etc. The kitchen is equipped with two fridge freezers, a kettle, microwave, oven and cooktop, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Council tax, broadband and some bills are included, but we have to pay 10% of the quarterly gas and electric bills (you would be moving in mid-quarter so pay pro rata). We have a cleaner who comes weekly.

About the area:
The flat is in an incredibly convenient location just a 3-minute walk from Ealing Common tube (District and Piccadilly lines) and bus stops (SL8, (N)207, N7). It’s also a 15-minute walk to Acton Town (also District and Piccadilly lines, but with trains to Heathrow) and Ealing Broadway (District, Central and Elizabeth lines). There is a Sainsbury’s local right by Ealing Common station, a Morrisons and Lidl 10 minutes away in Acton, and a Tesco and Morrisons in Ealing Broadway, as well as plenty of smaller and international supermarkets en route! Nearby there's also a Starbucks, Costa, Nando's, and Mediterranean, Japanese and Lebanese restaurants.

About us:
We are a friendly bunch who have lived together for a number of years and are looking for a flatmate who will fit right in! While we are fairly busy, we’re always up for a chat in the kitchen, and love to do film nights, cinema trips and pub quizzes when we can. We make sure that the shared spaces are kept clean and tidy, and there are often treats and baked goods out for everyone! We have a range of interests, including music, cycling, running, tv, cooking and art.
