Description
The flat is on the ground floor. There are lots of lovely neighbours and they put on events from time to time. The room is comfortable and pragmatic with nice shelves for storage. The underneath of the bed also opens up for more storage. The room is warm and well insulated from noise. You get your own bathroom also.
We share the living room and the kitchen. I tend to hog up the freezer but there should be lots of space in the fridge if you like fresh food. There's a dishwasher Ive never used and the oven and stove work perfectly and I don't use those often either.
The living room is huge and I'm rarely in there. I have guests that come around but if you're chill you're welcome to hang. I have a very rudimentary home gym you're welcome to share with me also.
Quick walk to Ealing common and West Acton. Ealing Broadway is a 20 minute walk.
I'm the only other flat mate you'll have. I'm a (hopefully by the time you're reading this) 4th year medical student. I usually keep to myself and stay in my room. I do tend to stay up quite late but i do keep quiet. I'm a tidy person and don't like mess. I do want to make friends so don't be a stranger and if you have any questions you can ask me directly.
Idk about the council tax band. If you're a student, you shouldn't need to worry about it either I think.
