Hey gals!
Our house is looking for a 4th member to join our contract for the rest of the year and beyond! We’re looking for a female housemate between the ages of 25-33 and would love another woman in the film industry!
We would need someone in from the 22nd of September 😊
About the house: 🏡
We’re based in Ealing Common, W5.
It’s a 4 bed flat with a lovely large living room, kitchen and bathroom.
The bedroom you’d be moving into is a good size and comes with a king bed & mattress, chest of drawers, bedside table and wardrobe.
There’s lots of on street parking and Ealing Common station is a 30 second walk at the end of the street, which has both Piccadilly and District lines. 🚂
At the top of our street, there’s a little high street with a sainsburys, Starbucks, Costa, nandos, a few different restaurants and Asian supermarkets. It’s about a 15/20 minute walk to Ealing Broadway or a 5 min bus journey and also only a 20 min bus journey to Westfields White City 🤩
About us:
You’d be living with 3 girls, Alexa, Saskia and Jess! We’re ages 27-30 and all work in the film and TV industry!
We work hard, doing long days, early mornings and late nights but we’re a very sociable house, that do have friends round a lot, but that also love to chill in on a weekday and head out into town on a weekend! 💖
We would really love someone a similar age to us, interested in a long term let!
Rent is £817.50 per month + bills (roughly £130) and the contract renews at the end of March for the next year! We will be wanting to renew as we love the flat 🤩
