I am moving out of this flat after 18 months and I’m looking for a female professional to replace me.

* Sharing bathroom with 2 others
* £850 + bills of £75 per month
* 8 mins to Ealing Common, West Acton, 15 mins to Ealing Broadway

The room is furnished with a bed and mattress, wardrobe, bedside table and drawers. There is ample space for a desk for a WFH setup.

🏡 You’ll be living with three friendly housemates, women aged 25-35.

Requirements:
- You are a working professional in 20s/30s and female
- You must be in full time employment OR be able to provide evidence of savings to agency
- Postgrad students considered
- Must pay a *one-off* contribution to council tax at the start of your tenancy.
- Must sign 12 month contract with 6 month break clause.
